Xiaomi Redmi 1S Dual LTE Leaked Photos

Xiaomi was rumored to be introducing the Xiaomi Redmi 1S Dual LTE on January 4th. On Friday, pictures of the device leaked out. The phone comes with the ability to connect to the 4G LTE networks belonging to both China Unicom and China Telecom, as well as the 4G LTE pipeline belonging to China Mobile.
The dimensions of the Redmi 1S Dual LTE are 134 mm x 67.21 mm x 9.2 mm and the phone weighs 132 grams. That compares to dimensions of 132 mm x 69 mm x 9.9 mm and a weight of 158 grams for the OG Xiaomi Redmi 1S. The new model is expected to be available in a multitude of colors including black, white, red, orange, yellow, green, purple, and blue.
The Xiaomi Redmi 1S Dual LTE features a 4.7-inch screen with a resolution of 720 x 1280. A 64-bit 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 CPU is driving the device, which includes 1GB of RAM and 8GB of native storage. If you need additional memory, which is quite likely, a microSD slot is on board. An 8MP camera graces the back of the phone while a 2MP snapper adorns the front of the unit. A 2200mAh battery powers the phone, which has Android 4.4 pre-installed. Xiaomi’s MIUI skin runs over the Android OS.

OnePlus One gets Own Android 5.0 Alpha ROM

OnePlus has just announced an Alpha version of the Android 5.0 Lollipop ROM for its popular smartphone, the One. The mention of Alpha means that it’s still under development and not quite at a level where it can be used as a daily driver. But on the bright side, this also tells us that a working and stable version of the ROM is not far away.
As you very well know, the OnePlus One was banned from selling in India because of the Cyanogen ROM it uses. The only way the company can sell devices in the region again is by launching the device with its very own ROM and without the Cyanogen branding on the handset.

The company has posted a video demonstrating the functioning and features of this new ROM. It seems like OnePlus is going with a fairly stock version of Lollipop with barely any changes to the UI. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing as stock Android is loved and acclaimed universally. But since OnePlus is developing the ROM from scratch, it will be remiss if there were no exclusive features on board.
The Cyanogen ROM had a myriad of such features, which helped accessibility to a great extent. So we hope OnePlus has something similar to offer its fans with the new ROM. You can download and install the ROM on your OnePlus One right away if you know your way around custom ROMs and TWRP recoveries. Needless to say, your device will need to be rooted to access these features.
OnePlus warns that your data might be lost after flashing the update, so proceed with caution. It’s always wise to make a backup of the essentials before flashing a custom ROM to avoid any accidents.

Xiaomi Mi5 latest leaks With fingerprint scanner

Xiaomi MI5 has a fingerprint reader, with the possibility that it can be implemented in the physical home button, the solution adopted also by Meizu MX4 Pro and iPhone.

Even the dual front room had talked about earlier, shortly after the presentation of the Huawei Honor 6 Plus, with dual rear chamber, a peculiarity that had assumed the adoption of the same solution, but in the front instead of the rear.
Unfortunately we can not tell you the diagonal of the display, as it is very difficult to understand if the image portraying the alleged Xiaomi MI5 is aspect ratio 1: 1 with the size of the device. Recall, in the meantime, rumors emerged that up to now will be of two possible cuts of the display, ie 5.5 and 5.7 inches.
Before closing, a brief reflection: there are rumors of a hypothetical one Xiaomi Xiaomi Mi4S and MI5. The leaks that follow are, that of yesterday morning and that reported in this article, would show two possible devices.

Xiaomi Mi5 official leaked Photos

Xiaomi Mi5
Xiaomi has already confirmed it will launch a new flagship device next month, possibly at the Consumers Electronics Show 2015. The company didn’t reveal details about the device, but speculations suggest its going to be the Xiaomi Mi5.
Recently, an image of the alleged Xiaomi Mi5 popped up from Chinese shores, showing us a device in black color which could possibly be the next flagship device from the Chinese manufacturers.
You can see the MIUI clearly on the device, and it follows several design cues from the current Xiaomidevice. Surprisingly, this looks a little bigger than the current Xiaomi Mi4, but it could be the real deal. In case you cant recall, an analyst hinted earlier this month that Xiaomi will launch a new flagshipdevice at CES 2015.
The analysts also guessed some of the specifications, including a bigger 5.7-inch display sporting a resolution of 2560 by 1440 pixels, a quad-core Snapdragon 810 processor (although its a little unlikely, Snapdragon 805 could be the real possibility), and a 20.7MP camera for photos and videos.
CES 2015 is just around the corner so we’ll find out if this image is the real deal or not. Until then, take it with a pinch of salt. We’ll update you as soon as Xiaomi unveils its next flagship device.
